Many women and non-binary individuals go through life masking, misunderstood, or misdiagnosed, wondering why they feel different. Others struggle in workplaces that weren't designed with neurodivergence in mind, leaving leaders, colleagues, and loved ones unsure how to offer support. Maybe you've just heard about ADHD or Autism and it resonates deeply, but resources don't feel built for you. Or perhaps your child, partner, or employee is struggling, and you want to better understand how to support them. You're not alone.
Most conversations about neurodivergence have left out an important perspective: how it presents in women and marginalised genders. Many are only now realising that traits they've lived with for years - deep focus, sensory sensitivities, social exhaustion - are actually signs of a uniquely powerful way of thinking.
