+ Toolkit: What does success look like? You will feel ready to put one boundary in place after this session.

THE SOLO SESSION EXPERIENCE:
The live Unspoken Sessions are an experience, like an event in your own home and time invested in yourself. If you can - try and replicate some of this for yourself. The whole Session will take 2 hours to complete.
Here’s some ideas:
- Schedule an evening or two hour slot in your diary now just for you or make a date with friends and watch it together (remotely or IRL) so you can learn together and do the reflections together
- Make sure you have some privacy and quiet so you can focus (particularly on the guided visualisation)
- Don’t forget your journal and a pen for your notes.
