This Session will empower you with the knowledge, mindset and toolkit to understand and improve your hormonal balance by committing to micro lifestyle changes. Expect accessible information, realistic advice and the motivation to prioritise you.
Join our expert guest speaker, certified health coach and trained hypnotherapist, Pamela Windle, to learn how to work with your hormones rather than against them.
Note: the original virtual live experience has been edited to produce this Solo Session - to ensure you have a great experience at home, and to keep all additional information in the Q&A included, but the guests identities confidential (each Session is a safe space to connect and share).
This Session also includes:
A stretch and breath with Gabriella Espinosa so you’re not sat in front of a screen too long!

The Solo Session experience
The live Unspoken Sessions are an experience, like an event in your own home and time invested in yourself. If you can - try and replicate some of this for yourself. The whole Session will take 2 hours to complete.
Here’s some ideas:
- Schedule an evening or two hour slot in your diary now.
- Make sure you have some privacy and quiet so you can focus (particularly on the guided visualisation)
- Or make a date with friends and watch it together (remotely or IRL) so you can learn together and do the reflections together
- Get yourself a nice drink, treat yourself. You deserve it!
