Money Confidence
MONEY CONFIDENCE:
Money is more than numbers. More than means to an end.
Money is emotional. And it has power.
It affects our relationships, careers, our family life, and our long term future. It governs where we live, work, our experiences and opportunities; yet it still remains unspoken.
As with many unspoken topics, this silence is powerful.
And this doesn’t serve anyone.
Particularly women.
A lack of money confidence comes in many guises..
- Being underpaid at work, or undercharging for your services;
- Feeling out of control of your finances are you’re no longer financially independent due to working part time to care for children/parents
- Feeling ill-equipped to manage your money, from pensions to budgeting and investing and negotiating
- Struggling to find positive female financial role models in your life to learn from or look up to
This Solo Session will teach you the:
+ Knowledge: What is money confidence and why does it matter. The internal and external blockers women face in feeling it and how and why we should over come them.
+ Mindset: This isn't about how much you earn, it's about how you think and feel about money. Do you catch yourself saying the same negative things about money? "I'm rubbish with money", "I will never earn more" or maybe it's the more insidious subconscious "I don't deserve money". We will explore these common limiting beliefs and reframe them so you're free from them.
+ Toolkit: We explore different examples of the money conversations you're going to need to have, to empower you to get into action immediately. Whether that's a professional, personal conversation or one you need to have with yourself! Finding the language around money is one of the trickiest parts to beginning a new dialogue.
Note: No spreadsheets or salaries allowed! This is not about the numbers. It doesn't matter what you earn, save or spend. This is about changing the way you think and helping your with YOUR 1% change.
